Then a career survey is a great way to gain more insight into what your employees need to evolve into the best version of themselves. This approach is similar to that of a development centre, but the objective is different.

When is a career assessment a good idea?

Just like a development centre, a career survey is an excellent starting point for an individual development path and a personal development plan (PDP). In this plan, we define the goals and corresponding learning activities. The development process can then start immediately, with the help of coaching, training, self-study, etc.
