1. PROFILE SCAN

The profile scan is a quick and effective method that can be used for onboarding and internal transfer. With a substantiated report, you gain insight into your candidate's strengths, development points, motivators, stressors and career expectations.

  1.  During a telephone intake, we determine the right accents together. 
  2.  The candidate fills in a questionnaire online.  
  3.  We go into more detail during an interview with the candidate.  
  4.  You receive a descriptive overview report. 
  5.  On request, we provide feedback to both client and candidate.

2. LEADERSHIP SCAN

The leadership scan is an online tool that measures leadership potential and coaches employees through real work situations in a business context (using Pinsight®). This gives you a clear insight into the competences and development points of your employees and helps them evolve towards the right position.

  1.  The candidate receives a number of preparation assignments. 
  2.  This is followed by online simulation exercises and role plays.

  4.  We process the results on the leadership competences in a clear report.

3. ORIENTATION CENTRE

The orientation centre offers employees the opportunity to reflect on their careers. Through a thoughtful process involving various questionnaires, exercises and interviews, they gain insight into their motivation, drives, personality, talents and career orientation. This helps facilitate career choices for internal mobility and talent management.

  1.  The employee completes an online personality questionnaire. 
  2.  We then take the orientation centre. 
  3.  We discuss all findings and results during a validation interview with the employee. 
  4.  You receive an advisory report during a feedback meeting. 
  5.  Finally, there is a three-way discussion with the employee and the manager.

4. DEVELOPMENT CENTRE

With a development centre, candidates gain better insight into their own competences and development points. By using simulation exercises, adapted tests, development-oriented interviews, reflection assignments and feedback, learning insight is maximised. The resulting report forms the basis for a personal development plan (PDP).
