General conditions ITZU Talent Solutions

1. General
These conditions shall apply to every offer and agreement between ITZU TALENT SOLUTIONS and the client unless these conditions are expressly deviated from in writing. ITZU Talent Solutions is a consultancy firm that makes every effort to provide high-quality advice. All commitments entered into by ITZU Talent Solutions are obligations of means.
2. Prices
The prices stated in an offer or agreement are always exclusive of VAT and valid for certain duration as stated in the offer or agreement. Rates are adjusted annually in line with the evolution of the index.

3. Quality assessments
ITZU Talent Solutions is committed to guaranteeing a quality service and, to this end, will provide the client and/or candidates with an evaluation form both in the interim and after the completion of each assignment.
4. Cancellation conditions
If an assignment is cancelled less than 48h before the start of the assignment, 50% of the agreed rate is due. Unless there is force majeure, being illness or death of family member. If ITZU Talent Solutions cancels an appointment or is unable to offer or complete an assignment according to the agreed schedule, due to illness or absence of the consultant / trainer or for other reasons of force majeure, an attempt will be made to find a solution to the situation within a reasonable time frame and in consultation with the client. In these general conditions, force majeure is defined, in addition to its definition in law and jurisprudence, as all external causes, whether anticipated or not, over which ITZU Talent Solutions cannot exercise any control, but which prevent ITZU Talent Solutions from being able to comply with its obligations.

5.  General terms and conditions of cooperation

  • Do we use cookies?

Yes (cookies are small files that a website or provider sends to your computer's hard drive through your browser (if you allow it); they allow websites or providers to recognise your browser and store and remember certain data).
We use cookies to know your preferences and save them for a future visit to our website; in addition, they collect complex data about activity and interaction on our website so that we can improve the user experience on our website and tools in the future. 
We use marketing techniques to advertise online and to show you relevant ads from third-party vendors. These ads may appear on all kinds of websites. These third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to generate ads based on previous visits to our website. For example, if you do not wish to use the cookies applied by Google, please visit Google's Ads Settings. Via Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page, you can also disable the use of cookies by third parties.

  • Payment terms

Invoices are payable within 30 days from invoice date. Invoicing shall be monthly or bi-monthly (according to agreements made) based on services rendered. In the event of non-payment within this period, interest of 0.64% per month from the invoice date and compensation of 10% of the invoice amount (with a minimum of € 124) shall be payable by operation of law and without notice of default. Only the courts of the registered office of ITZU Talent Solutions SA have jurisdiction.

  • Data processing

The client grants its express consent to the processing of its data by ITZU Talent Solutions and ITZU and to the inclusion of these data in the ITZU database. The client also grants its consent to the exchange of its data between the companies belonging to the ITZU group, as well as any new companies to be founded by the group. No deviation from the general terms and conditions. 
A deviation from the general terms and conditions is only possible if agreed in writing.

  • Applicable law

Any dispute concerning the validity, interpretation and performance of these contractual (i.e. special and general) conditions shall be governed by Belgian law. Only the courts of the registered office of ITZU Talent Solutions have jurisdiction. However, ITZU Talent Solutions also has the right to sue before the courts that would be competent under ordinary law.
