Your responsibilities in the role of call agent:

  • As a customer service employee, you will be responsible for answering incoming phone calls and emails.
  • You'll provide assistance and advice to customers who have questions about our kitchen equipment.
  • Extensive training opportunities and helpful tools will allow you to constantly gain new knowledge, which you can then enthusiastically share in your interactions with customers.
  • You will work from our office in Berchem.

  • You possess fluency in both spoken and written Danish and English.

What you can expect in return:

 

  • Find your place in our dynamic open workspace located in Berchem. Additionally, after 6 months, you may even have the option to work from the convenience of your home office.
  • Enjoy the flexibility of work hours, from Monday to Friday, with shifts between 9 am and 6 pm. You will receive your schedules at least 3 weeks in advance. Please note that you will be expected to work on holidays, with the exception of Christmas day, New Year's day, and Easter Monday.
  • A competitive salary awaits you. You will initially join us with an interim contract, and after three months, meal vouchers will be added to your compensation package. Exceptional performers may have the opportunity to transition to a permanent contract.
