We, along with our client, are looking for a Customer Service Representative fluent in English/Czech and Slovak. Our client is known for more than just the delivery of fuel and energy. As a leading player in the energy industry, they are constantly working towards creating a sustainable future. Liquid oils arrive at the port of Antwerp and undergo treatments and chemical reactions. Our client has 1200 units and over 400 active formulations; it is one of the most complex blending plants for the production of Marine Oils, Automotive Oils, etc.

Our client has 1200 units and over 400 active formulations; it is one of the most complex blending plants for the production of Marine Oils, Automotive Oils, etc. These are delivered by inland and sea vessels, and the finished products leave the plant in packaged goods.



A glimpse into your duties as a Customer Service Representative:

  • You're responsible for handling and following up on (complex) customer inquiries via phone, email, and systems, including addressing more complex 2nd line issues from international logistics partners.
  • You verify if the customer stays within their credit limit; if not, you're responsible for taking the required action in consultation with internal stakeholders and the customer.
  • You serve as the point of contact for internal and external customers of the Global Cards Business (GCB), providing answers to inquiries and solutions to problems.
  • You're accountable for registering, responding to, and resolving questions, problems, complaints, and requests.
  • Due to your knowledge of the local language and culture, you may be called upon to assist with translations.
  • Throughout the process, you investigate how to enhance service delivery and act on regular feedback from the customer.
  • You provide proactive support to customers and sales when there are outstanding payments to minimize credit risk, working closely with the administrative team.

  • You speak fluent Czech and Slovak, and you can apply English both orally and in writing; any additional Western or Eastern European languages are an asset.
  • You already have experience in Customer Service or similar sectors.
  • You are both communicative and administratively strong, adept at applying this in customer interactions.
  • You are familiar with financial processes and can think and work strongly in problem-solving.
  • You can collaborate well in a team and can be flexible when necessary.
  • You are adept at multitasking and perform well under a certain amount of pressure.
