Your responsibilities as a call agent at KitchenAid are:

  • You answer customers via phone calls, messages, texts, emails and chats. This communication may include questions about for example the working or functions of our small kitchen devices.
  • You follow up customers until your common goal is reached.
  • You demonstrate creativity and provide customers with personalized guidance.
  • You prioritize client needs and actively offer suggestions to improve the overall customer experience.

  • A multilingual talent: you are fluent in Dutch & French/Italian & English spoken and written. Proficiency in English is required for internal communication and training purposes.
  • An expert in communicating: written and spoken.
  • An active listener, customer-minded and stress-resistant.
  • Good in multitasking.
  • Proficient in digital and administrative responsibilities, with computer literacy being crucial for maintaining a smooth workflow.
  • Eager to learn.

  • Flexible working hours: you will be working from Monday to Friday, with shifts between 9 am and 6 pm. You will receive your schedules at least 3 weeks in advance. You will be working on holidays, except for Christmas day, New Years day and Easter Monday.
  • A spot in our dynamic open workspace in Berchem. After 6 months, you even may have the option to work from your home office.
