- You answer customers via phone calls, messages, texts, emails and chats. This communication may include questions about for example the working or functions of our small kitchen devices.
- You follow up customers until your common goal is reached.
- You demonstrate creativity and provide customers with personalized guidance.
- You prioritize client needs and actively offer suggestions to improve the overall customer experience.

- Good in multitasking.
- Proficient in digital and administrative responsibilities, with computer literacy being crucial for maintaining a smooth workflow.

- Flexible working hours: you will be working from Monday to Friday, with shifts between 9 am and 6 pm. You will receive your schedules at least 3 weeks in advance. You will be working on holidays, except for Christmas day, New Years day and Easter Monday.
