GENERAL MANAGEMENT

• Develop the company’s business strategies in line with corporate vision
• Implement business action plans in order to attain goals
• Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure the results
• Analyze problematic situations/occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company’s growth
• Ensure adherence to legal guidelines to maintain the company’s legality and high standard business ethics

INNOVATION

• Gain and maintain knowledge of the markets and industry of the company
• Act as “engine for innovation” in research for new products (NPD)
• Ensure the company’s future through innovation
• Focus on customers needs to be able to provide tailormade solutions

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT

• Provide inspiration, motivation and guidance to the members of the management team (sales/purchase, operations, finance, IT, …)
• Chair the management team meetings
• Ensure a positive work environment and further develop company culture
• Take care of the implementation of the rewarding system in line with corporate guidelines

PERFORMANCE AND INVESTMENTS

• Review financial reports to devise solutions or improvements
• Make high-quality investing decisions to advance the business and increase profits
• Present and report strategies, forecasts, performance and results to European director (2x/y) and shareholder (1x/y)
