As Customer Service Trainee, you are going to run threw all the different departements, where you will switch inbetween early and late shifts, this within a period off 2 months. This way you'll get to know all the different kind logistic processes and you'll get the chance to learn on the job.
Afterwards you'll be working as a Customer Service Expert where you garantee optimal communication and get to know all the needs off your customer.
Your tasks
- Monitoring incoming goods and starting up and following up files;
- Process data according to strict procedures and KPI reporting;
- Communicating with and following up the various internal departments;
- Tracking 'returns';
- Administrative processing of orders and VAS (Value Added Services);
- Monitoring outgoing goods (EU and NON EU) and file management for NON EU;
- Preparing goods for transport;
- Following up on complaint handling and seeking lasting solutions for all parties.

- You have completed higher education and have just graduated. You hold a Master's or Bachelor's degree (Commercial Sciences...

- You have completed higher education and have just graduated. You hold a Master's or Bachelor's degree (Commercial Sciences, IT, Logistics Management, .....);
- You are fascinated by logistics and customer service ;
- You are ambitious and have a drive to learn new things;
- You are a team player, but you can also work independently;
- You have a flexible attitude. In normal circumstances, you work day shift, but you are willing to work shifts (early and late) during busy periods;
- You speak very good Dutch and have a good knowledge of English. Other language skills are a plus;
- You have a good knowledge of MS/Office, and in particular Excel;
- You are stress-resistant, you keep a cool head when problems arise and you think in a solution-oriented way.
