As a Customer Service Trainee you go through all departments within the site, this on a period of 2 months in early or late shift. In this way you will be familiarized with all our logistics processes and you will have the opportunity to put your theoretical knowledge into practice. You will be introduced to inbound, order picking, transit, customs, shipping, customer service and outbound.

You are the internal link between our customer on the one hand and our various internal services on the other (Warehousing, Transport, IT). You guarantee optimal communication and monitor the needs of the customer. 


Tasks:

  • The follow-up of incoming goods and the start-up and follow-up of the files;
  • Process the data according to strict procedures and KPI reporting;
  • The communication with and follow-up of the various internal services;
  • Follow-up of 'returns';
  • The administrative processing of the orders and the VAS (Value Added Services);
  • The follow-up of the outgoing goods (EU and NON EU) and the file management for NON EU;
  • Preparing the goods for transport;
  • Monitoring the handling of complaints and the search for sustainable solutions for all parties.


Kwalificaties

  • You have completed a higher education and have just graduated. You have a Master's or Bachelor's degree (Commercial Sciences, IT, Logistics Management...

  • You are fascinated by logistics and customer service;
  • You are ambitious and you have an urge to learn new things;
  • You are a team player, but you can also work independently;
  • You are flexible. In normal circumstances, you work day shifts, but you are willing to shiftand work (early and late) during busy periods;
  • you speak English very well and a good knowledge of Dutch is an advantage!
  • you have a good knowledge of MS/Office, and in particular Excel;
  • you are stress resistant, you keep a cool head when it comes to problems and you think solution-oriented.
