When a customer seeks assistance, you are there to support them through various channels. They reach out to you via phone calls, messages, texts, emails, and chats, and you become their reliable source of knowledge and friendliness. You will be offering a sense of stability amidst the chaos.
Occasionally, you proactively follow up with customers until they are satisfied. To accomplish this, we provide you with effective tools and refined methods.
Your role involves providing customized advice to customers based on their specific needs.
You will be working from Monday to Friday, between 9 am and 6 pm, The project operates on all holidays, except for Christmas, New Year's Day, and Easter Monday. Rest assured, you will receive your schedules at least 3 weeks in advance. Initially, you will work from our Berchem office, but after 6 months, you may have the option to work from your home office.
Key attributes for success include active listening, customer orientation, ability to handle stress, teamwork and quick learning. You also are cable of procedural focus, multitasking, efficient administration management, and impeccable writing skills.
You should also be proactive in suggesting improvements or additional services to enhance the customer experience. Computer literacy is essential for smooth workflow.

Call agents who are able to help clients in flawless Norwegian & English communication.
Proficiency in English is not only necessary to help clients by phone and in written communication. You will need this language as well for internal communication, correspondence with our customer KitchenAid, and training purposes.
You must reside in Belgium and have the legal right to work here.
