Your role involves offering assistance and guidance to customers with inquiries regarding our kitchen equipment. As a customer service representative, your responsibilities include answering incoming phone calls and emails.

Initially, you will be based in our office in Berchem. However, the option to work from home becomes available after the learning period.

Enjoy the flexibility of work hours, from Monday to Friday, with shifts between 9 am and 6 pm. You will receive your schedules at least 3 weeks in advance. Please note that you will be expected to work on holidays, with the exception of Christmas day, New Year's day, and Easter Monday.
Find your place in our dynamic open workspace located in Berchem. Additionally, after 6 months, you may even have the option to work from the convenience of your home office. We always keep your location in mind and really flexible on this location aspect.
A competitive salary awaits you. You will initially join us with an interim contract, and after three months, meal vouchers will be added to your compensation package. Exceptional performers may have the opportunity to transition to a permanent contract.
