- You engage with customers through phone calls, messages, texts, emails, and chats. This communication may encompass questions about the operation or functionality of our small kitchen appliances.
- You prioritize the client's requirements and proactively offer recommendations.
- You exhibit creativity and deliver customized assistance to customers.
- You follow up customers until your shared objective is achieved.

- Helpful in heart and soul.

- A spot in our dynamic open workspace in Berchem. After 6 months, you even may have the option to work from your home office.
- Flexible working hours: you will be working from Monday to Friday, with shifts between 9 am and 6 pm. You will receive your schedules at least 3 weeks in advance. You will be working on holidays, except for Christmas day, New Years day and Easter Monday.
